All Sales Policy



All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


However, we do accept returns for store credit only, subject to the conditions outlined below.



Return Request Window (24 Hours)



To be eligible for a return, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be approved.

Return Eligibility Requirements



To qualify for store credit:


  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration



Vidaluxe reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.



Store Credit Policy



If your return is approved:


  • You will receive store credit only
  • Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person
  • Store credit does not expire 




Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as final sale where applicable.
